Start Small

Most people that want to lose weight don’t have a fitness routine yet. The best way to start your fitness journey is by starting small and working your way up. 

On the first day of your journey, try doing ten squats or jumping jacks. Each day you can increase the number until you’re ready to expand your fitness routine. 

As you continue to work on yourself, you can start developing a workout routine that works for you. Be Mindful of Your Movement

It’s true! There are plenty of chances throughout your day to add to your movement, such as taking the stairs instead of an elevator. 

One reason that people think they don’t have enough time for movement throughout the day is that they’re stuck in front of their phones or computers. If you have some free time, instead of scrolling aimlessly on social media, go for a walk.
